Privacy policy

Legal framework

This policy is governed by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations.

Data we process

Name, email, time zone, usage data, files you upload and the access tokens you authorize for each social network (encrypted).

Purpose

Providing the service, publishing the content you schedule, billing, support and legal compliance.

Google and YouTube data

If you connect a YouTube channel, Redivo uses YouTube API Services with two scopes: youtube.upload, to upload the videos you schedule, and youtube.readonly, to show the channel name and picture and your videos' statistics. We do not read or change anything else in your account, we do not sell this data, use it for advertising or to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties except to provide the service or when legally required. Redivo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. See also the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can revoke access at any time from Redivo or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect the channel in Redivo we delete its tokens; to also delete stored statistics, write to soporte@redivoapp.com.

Your rights

You can access, update, correct and delete your data, and revoke consent by writing to soporte@redivoapp.com.

Deletion

You can delete your account from the app. We then revoke social network tokens and delete your data according to the retention policy.
